Sissy - Healer Spirit Haunted Doll

Sissy was a battered child. Her father abused her, as well as her sister and her mother. He was also abused as a child. That can go either way in a case like that. Some grow up and say they will be a much better parent than their parent was, and others grow up feeling like this is the way it's done, and they continue on with the same behavior as their parents. It is unfortunate that Sissy's father chose to treat her and her family the way he did, because in the end, it resulted in Sissy's death.

She only lived to be 11 years old. Her father locked her in a closet for punishment because he found a spot on the glass he was drinking from, and Sissy was the one who washed the dishes the night before. It was summertime, and this was before air conditioning was in existence, so it became very hot in the closet. She died from the smoldering heat and lack of air circulation. 

Sissy tells us she does not have a lot to offer in the way of helping you manifest your dreams for riches or anything material, but she will help you to stand up for yourself. She helps with courage and self-love, in a nutshell. She learned the hard way, but you do not have to. You don't have to be in an abusive relationship for her to help you. She said she has helped people with the following:

• She helped kids stand up to bullies
• She has helped people feel worthy when they used to feel worthless
• She has helped people get a job when they thought they'd never qualify for anything
• She has helped people find the courage to talk to other people who they didn't think would give them the time of day
• She has helped people stand up in front of large crowds to speak
• She has helped people who have agoraphobia
• She has helped people set the bar higher, because they are worth it!

 Her birthday is April 3, 1848. No date of death available.

Warning: Her new keeper should never put her in a closet or in a tight, enclosed space. She will leave her vessel and not return.

For offerings, Sissy likes anything pale pink or pale yellow in color, Oreo cookies, Kool-Aid or Hawaiian Punch type drinks, lemon meringue pie, graham crackers, lemonade, potatoes, corn, gazing out the window when it is raining or snowing, watching wild birds and trying to learn more about their names, their mating rituals, their habitat, and their habits, and birds, in general. She would love to be adopted by someone who has a bird, as she has grown quite fond of Spirit, the Moondance Magick mascot! (Stormy's parrot who has become the feathered child of ALL OF US HERE)!
