Shipping Policy

Delivery time:

All in-stock merchandise is shipped within three business days.
All pre-ordered items are shipped the following day after your item arrives from the factory (or from the mining company, if the items are crystals, rocks, or fossils). In most cases, these items are already on order when you place your pre-order. Since we buy from all over the world, these pre-order items can arrive anywhere from one day to three weeks after you place your order.
Some pre-ordered items are custom made items (as in the case with some of our carved stones, carved wood, jewelry and dream catchers), and can take anywhere from one week to three weeks to complete. If time is of the essence, please contact us before purchasing!
Services are rendered according to our current schedule. It is not uncommon for Meta, Mya, and/or Stormy to be booked three or four weeks out. The only services that will be rendered immediately are the reading to determine if you've been cursed, hexed, or if you have an entity attached to your person or your home, and the services to banish those entities or reverse the curses, as we take those issues very seriously. In this case, all other services will be bumped back so that we can relieve our client(s) of their urgent issues. Since a reading to find out if your boo is your soulmate is not an urgent service, please understand that your service may be postponed due to other, more urgent needs. Because we never know who might need emergency help, all non-urgent services are "penciled in". Nothing is etched in stone. We will give you a date and time for your service to be provided, but that date and time are always subject to change. In rare cases, it might even be sooner than expected, as we do occasionally have cancelations.

Please understand that we work anywhere from 10 - 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, and we do our best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. ALWAYS. This issue is, and always has been, that there are not enough of us to get all the work done as quickly as people would like, because we are very much in demand (and we don't mind saying so), and there are many people in the world needing our services. You can get much faster service from other companies, guaranteed. Just remember you get what you pay for when choosing your practitioners of magick and your psychic mediums. Read our reviews, and read theirs. Enough said.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We ship via USPS and UPS. We also offer local delivery. While customers have the ability to choose which shipping service to purchase, Moondance Magick reserves the right to choose the carrier that will be used, under certain circumstances. For example, if you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, but you choose UPS as your shipper, we have no choice but to change the shipper to USPS because UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

If you are an international customer, you will find that USPS offers much less expensive options for you. If you live on the west coast of the USA, you will see that UPS offers much better pricing, especially for larger packages. However, UPS, in our experience, has offered much faster service, and has handled packages better than USPS. Depending on the item we are shipping, we reserve the right to change your service to UPS if you choose USPS, at our expense, if applicable.

We do package every fragile item with care. We probably use more foam and bubble wrap than anyone in the world! However, not everyone who touches your package will treat it with respect, even with the red fragile stickers applied to the box. If you receive a damaged package, please take a photo of the package before you open it, so that when a claim is placed, the carrier can see that the package has been mishandled. You will also need to keep the box and all packing materials until the claims department of that carrier inspects the package, if they so request. Contact us immediately if anything arrives broken!
