Henna was a hair stylist/cosmetologist and her favorite things to do was color hair and makeup artistry, hence the reason for her choosing this vessel.
She was way ahead of her time. She was doing pink, green and purple hair for people in the 1960s before she passed. She was doing temporary face tattoos that lasted a couple weeks. She usedhenna. Her real name was Phyllis but she didn’t like her name so she wants to be calledHenna.
She used to go to children’s hospitals and do their faces up for them for fun on a voluntary basis. She refers to her artistry as Magick. She says when she would throw different paints and other types of color together that shouldn’t have made brilliant colors when mixed together normally, they always turned bright and vibrant for her. When most should have just been brown or dark green they would come out purple or lime green on faces and hair. She didn’t know how she was doing it for the longest time until she finally realized she was willing it. That’s when she got into white magick.
She was 22 years old when she started to make bushes grow into tall trees. She would turn weeds into flowers. She said she even turned mud into sparkling blue water once.
From there she learned how to help the children at the children’s hospitals become well. She couldn’t take credit for healing them because she feared being taken to a mental hospital, but she didn’t want credit to be given to her anyway. She was just happy to see kids going home well and not sick any longer.
She also has a keen sense for danger. She has warned us twice when we needed to know things here in the shop. Once there was a black widow spider running on the desk where we keep office supplies organized for our use. Tracy may have been bitten if she had not yelled out to Meta about it. Meta heard her and told Tracy to look out for the spider. Tracy saw it and killed it with the tape dispenser. That’s when we saw it was a black widow. Black widows here in Pennsylvania are rare.
The other time was when a drunk man came up to the door. She said "danger at the door". The man walked in but we were prepared. He started hollering that we were doing devil's work (and of course, he is ignorant or he’d know better), but he had an empty beer bottle that he was threatening to throw at us. That's when Mya brought him to his knees in agony. She “kicked him in the testicles“, yet she didn’t touch him. She was standing 15 feet away from him. The man started looking all around him to try to figure out who kicked him there and there was no one close by. Mya said he probably was thinking to himself “man I’m more drunk than I thought I was because those people are all so far away from me yet one of them kicked me in the nuts”!
Henna was born January 2, 1890. She passed on February 14, 1974. She was married to a man who was 9 years younger than she. They never had children.
Her husband, Richard, was a coal miner, and they lived right here in Pennsylvania, USA. He died two years before Henna, to the day, from emphysema. She had just brought him a bouquet of roses to the hospital an hour before he passed. He enjoyed the roses and did his best to talk with her while she was there. Then she said he smiled, winked at her, closed his eyes, and fell asleep forever. She had a hard time coping with his death for the rest of her existence. The following Valentine's Day was especially hard for her. A year later, she did not wake up on Valentine's Day. She passed at 3:33 am, she says, and that is when she reunited with Richard.
Richard has since reincarnated, as it was "his time to do so", she said. He actually reincarnated pretty quickly considering the average time that is taken before returning to earth in human form. He is now a 30-year old female in this life, and she visits him (her) on occasion to make sure he is doing well.
She will not reincarnate until 2089, at which time Richard will have reincarnated again just weeks before she does. They will be together again in her next life.
Meanwhile, Henna wishes to have a keeper she can help by healing them and protecting them. Whether you need physical, emotional or mental healing, she is more than happy to help you. She will also alert you to danger and malice. You'll always know when someone doesn't have your best interests at heart, and you'll always know who you can trust and who you can't. She will also be there for your household. If you have a significant other living with you or children who are in need of protection or healing, she'll be there for them.
Henna likes makeup, paints, crayons, paint brushes, cotton balls, soap, and combs or hair brushes as offerings. Her favorite foods are bread with jam or jelly, peanut butter crackers, string beans, creamed or mashed potatoes, ham, and pasta salad. Her favorite color is lime green.
