New! Pre-Order Out-of-Stock Items!
Now you can pre-order items we frequently stock if they are showing as "Sold Out" when you are shopping our site! Use the "Pre-Order" button to the right of the product. You can expect your purchase to be shipped on its way to you within 7-10 days, in most cases. All pre-ordered items on the same order will be shipped together in one package when stock is replenished for each of the items you have pre-ordered.
If an item showing as "Sold Out", click on the item anyway. If it shows a "Pre-Order" button to the right of the product on that product's page, this means that we have more on order. By pre-ordering, you will be amongst the first to receive replenished stock!
For example, we have been selling out of a lot of crystals in recent weeks, but we always have a new order placed with our crystal sources in advance.
Contact us if you would like to know the wait time for a specific item, but we generally receive all of our shipments from the mining companies that provide our crystals within 7-10 days of purchase.
