Brinka - Dark Spirit with Mind-Reading Capabilities
Brinka was an extrovert in her most recent previous life. She was bullied by her peers and made fun of. She was an only child, so she had no family to stand up for her. She had one friend, but he was the old man who lived next door. This was the man who actually owned the home and property where she lived, so he was her parents' landlord. He was 85 years old when her family rented the house from him, and she was 8. He was the only person in the world, aside from her parents, who was kind to her.
Gaylord, her friend, would read her books, make lunch for her if she visited at the right time, and he always found a way to compliment her when she visited. He wanted to boost her self-esteem, as he felt sorry for her. The best thing he did for her though was to teach her how to use her extra-sensory perception. Particularly, he taught her how to get into the minds of others to know what they were thinking. She was excited when he told her she had the ability to read minds if she just learned how to tap into those gifts at will. He already knew she was reading his mind, at times, but she wasn't even aware she was doing this most of the time. The rest of the time, she just thought she was getting lucky when she would say something at the same time he would say it, or when she would know what he was about to do.
Gaylord passed away when he was 90 and Brinka was 13. It was the hardest time of her life. While he was still alive though, he fine-tuned Brinka. She became an amazing mind-reader. This enabled her to know when someone was planning an attack on her, or when they were genuinely kind vs pretending to care about her. This was how she was able to determine who was her friend, and who was not.
Brinka will happily read minds for you and wants nothing in return, because it is a thrill for her to be able to pick people's minds and out them for their nasty thoughts. She will tell you about their pleasant thoughts, as well though. She said she always speaks the truth whether she has nice things to report, or she gets the opportunity to tell you when people are two-faced or thinking negatively about you. If you are not yet a pro at spirit communication, she will attempt to come to you in dreams to tell you what she saw each day. If you do not remember the dreams, she suggests you use a spirit board and pendulum to get some answers. (We have some nice spirit boards with free pendulum included in our shop, if you don't already own one).
In addition to make you privy to other people's thoughts, she will torture the ones who are thinking lowly of you, or plotting to harm you in any way. All you have to do is say the word. She will attack the person in their sleep, making them have the worst nightmares of their life that they can't seem to wake up from for hours. You'll start noticing that this person looks like crap because they're having such restless nights. This could lead to other complications in their life, as well. No one is on their game if they're not getting more than an hour's worth of sleep every night. You will need to tell her if and when you want her to stop attacking each person, or she won't ever stop.
Brinka's vessel is in great condition, but it's kind of "clunky". Her legs seem out of proportion, and her feet seem too large for her frame, which she says is all indicative of how she was built in her previous life. She was made fun of more for the way she walked, her gangly legs, and her feet more than anything. More photos can be taken of her upon request.
Offerings:
Her favorite food offerings are cream cheese (just a spoonful, not on a bagel), green grapes, French onion dip (no chips, just the dip), tartar sauce (again, just the sauce, no fish!), raw egg yolks, and brown gravy. She likes to watch shows about psychic happenings. She especially likes John Edwards. Her favorite color is tan and derivatives of the shade. She likes to listen to screaming. You can scream for her now and then or you can play a horror movie where there will be screaming. She doesn't have to watch the movie, she said. She just wants to hear the screams. She likes the Easter holiday simply because of the decorations and egg hunts.
